Our returns policy allows you to rethink about your purchase and return the purchased item, up to 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of delivery, unless the right of withdrawal is excluded from the applicable legislation.
How can I return an item?
If you have received an incorrect or defective item, contact us at the email address: email@example.com and in the message include this information:
- order number (e.g. # 0001)
- email address of your account
- items you wish to return
- reason for the return
You will receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines once your return request, return authorization number and shipping label have been approved.
Which items are refundable?
You can return your items within 30 days of the receipts of the goods.
- They must be in their original condition and in their original packaging!
- The products must not have been washed or used
- Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable
Are there any costs for returns?
We will send you a return shipping label up to the end of 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of delivery. You will only have to support costs of a domestic shipping to return the item.
How long will it take to get my refund?
Once we have received and inspected the item, we will send you an email to inform you about the status of the return. We will also notify you of the approval or refusal of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt
How long will it take to receive my exchange?
Once the return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you of the status of your request. You will then receive your exchange in 4-6 working days.
