How do I request an exchange?

Note: In order to speed up the verification times for the return of the items, you are required to obtain the tracking number of your shipment.

In the event that the delivery of the package exceeds 30 days from the original delivery date, the warehouse reserves the right to refuse the request for exchange and / or refund.

When will I receive the change?

The delivery of an exchange takes up to a maximum of 6 working days from the moment the return is received in our warehouse.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exercise the right of return for exchange and / or obtain a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery of your order.

Further requests for returns of the same order must in any case fall within 30 days from the date of delivery of the return and the shipping costs will be at your expense.

The request and sending of the items must be made within 30 working days from the time of delivery of the order.

The products must not have been used, washed or altered in any way. Item returns will be refused and sent back at your expense if they show signs of use.

Each product must be returned including all its original labels and packaging, and must not have been damaged and / or altered in any way, nor used as a single external packaging.

In the event that you receive defective goods or shipping errors occur, you must report the issue to our customer service by contacting us here, no later than 3 working days from the receipt of the order, in order to agree on the return methods.

FlyIdeas reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods

All returned products are inspected and must comply with the parameters listed in the return procedure.
